As a full-time Claims Repricing and Filing Specialist with Unified Group Services in Anderson, Indiana, you will play an important support role within the Claims Department by maintaining documentation, managing filing processes, preparing correspondence, and ensuring confidential information is handled with care.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR CLAIMS REPRICING AND FILING SPECIALIST?

As a Claims Repricing and Filing Specialist, you will support the Claims Department through a variety of documentation and administrative responsibilities. You will organize, file, distribute, and maintain records while ensuring filing systems remain accurate and orderly. Throughout the day, you will communicate professionally with Claims Department team members and other internal departments as needed to support departmental processes. You will prepare appeal correspondence for mailing by stuffing envelopes, applying labels, and mailing appeal packets. You will complete routine tasks with minimal supervision, follow established procedures, maintain consistent work quality, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
