This position involves overseeing a variety of legal administrative and operational activities.
The role assists in implementing processes, leveraging technology, and adopting best practices to support our legal professionals. The Legal Administration Manager also coordinates the efforts between various groups and provides strategic support in developing process improvement plans. - Participates in the development and implementation of strategic processes
- System administrator for the Office of General Counsel Ebilling system with oversight of billing rate process, invoice review and vendor relationship/management
- Manages the professional indemnity insurance notification process for reporting of U.S. claims/circumstances to representatives of the Deloitte U.S. Entities' insurance carriers which includes significant interaction with OGC partners/principals and Risk Management
- Assists in spend management, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis and managing expenses
- Communicates to and tracks OGC's foreign vendors W-8 tax documentation.
- Serves as OGC point person and liaise with the National Business Continuity Team
