Right at Home is seeking an inโoffice Scheduler to support our clients and caregivers in a fastโpaced, missionโdriven home care environment. This role ensures clients receive consistent, highโquality care by coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver onboarding, and maintaining accurate client and employee files.
*Must have at least 2 years of experience in the senior care industry.
What Youโll DoBuild and manage caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
Assist with client care plans and file management
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Monitor attendance
Cover shifts when needed
Participate in onโcall rotation for urgent scheduling needs
What Weโre Looking For2+ years senior care industry experience (required)
Strong communication, organization, and decisionโmaking skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
High school diploma
Comfortable with office technology and scheduling software
Position DetailsInโoffice role, 25โ40 hours/week
Hourly position with set office hours
Occasional afterโhours support for urgent scheduling
