Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to partner with colleagues in other offices to obtain and file legal documents in the State of California. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, and meeting team and company goals.

The Fulfillment Specialist Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Must be deadline driven, ability to multi-task, using multiple monitors, multiple databases, and systems to include TRAC, OPUS, Outlook, and the Internet.

·         Drive multiple days a week to the Secretary of State.

·         Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and process at a methodical rate that allows a balance of quality and quantity; maintain error percentage of .50%.

·         Review and submit UCC and corporate filings, ensuring they adhere to the General Corporate Laws, Statutes and Guidelines.

·         Serve as a liaison between Client Service Specialists in branch offices of Cogency Global, Service Company clients and the Secretaries of State.

·         Process and complete document requests to include certified copies, good standings, certificates of facts.

·         Serve as the subject matter expert and provide guidance to branch office colleagues such as fees and forms.

The skills, experience and qualifications required:

·         Strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook software.

·         Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines.

·         The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
