Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support daily property management operations and help ensure a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and internal teams. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work, communication, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative support for property management activities and day-to-day office operations.
  • Respond to tenant, vendor, and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with lease administration, filing, document preparation, and records maintenance.
  • Coordinate service requests, schedule vendor visits, and follow up on completion of work orders.
  • Support rent collection activities, invoice processing, and basic account tracking as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, notices, and other property-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate databases, contact lists, and property files.
  • Assist with inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and other property-related administrative tasks.
  • Help organize meetings, distribute information, and support team communication.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support efficient property operations.
