Qualifications: Current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education. High School Diploma or equivalent
Description: MSAD #11 is looking for a dedicated team player. Duties will include assisting with scheduling and maintaining bus routes; assisting with annual budget process; maintaining files; answering phones; contacting parents; and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: The ability to handle confidential/sensitive material and information; have strong oral and written communication skills; the ability to exercise independent judgment; prioritize tasks; work independently with a high degree of accuracy; the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff and parents. Prior school Administrative Assistant experience preferred. Knowledge of and experience working with Bus Right, Google Apps, ADS system, and PowerSchool is preferred.
Work Schedule: Extended School Year (191 days)
Administrative Assistant Pay Scale (2026-2027)
Placement on the scale is dependent upon experience.
