What are some typical challenges a filer may face in maintaining accurate and organized records?

Filers often manage large volumes of documents that must be sorted, labeled, and stored correctly. A common challenge is ensuring files are accurately categorized and quickly retrievable, especially when dealing with both physical and digital systems.
