Join a Fast-Paced Real Estate Closing Team!

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by keeping things moving behind the scenes? We're looking for a Residential Escrow Assistant to support a busy escrow team handling Texas real estate transactions from contract to closing.

In this role, you'll help coordinate the details that make successful closings happen. You'll work closely with escrow officers, real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, and sellers while managing multiple transactions in a collaborative, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

Transaction Support

  • Receive and acknowledge contracts and earnest money deposits

  • Open and set up new escrow orders

  • Compile and distribute title commitments and supporting legal documents

  • Order surveys, tax certificates, and payoff statements

  • Prepare closing packages and transaction files

  • Assist with post-closing activities, including document recording and payment disbursement

  • Update transaction records and maintain accurate file documentation

Client & Team Communication

  • Keep clients, vendors, and internal team members informed on transaction status

  • Assist in resolving title-related issues and obtaining required documentation

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Office & Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Welcome and assist visitors

  • Order office supplies and manage outgoing mail

  • Provide receptionist coverage when needed

  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as business needs evolve
