Job description

Qualified candidate will open and distribute mail, pull files, file, do mass mailings, answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate individual or department. Other duties include greeting visitors and l. scanning, general correspondence, operate high-volume office automation equipment, such as high-speed copiers, folding machines, inserting machines, mail machines, and envelope printers. Candidate will participate in other clerical tasks to assist other departments based on daily work load.

Excellent grammar and communication skills through verbal communication and correspondence is a must. Solid mechanical aptitude and previous experience with office automation equipment a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and computer file systems, Microsoft Office, Word/Excel mail merges, UPS World Ship and other office-related programs a plus. Inter-office experience of at least six months preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and for extended periods of time.
