Our Equity Capital Markets team is actively looking for a Director / VP for our New York office. The candidate will be working closely with senior members of our active Industry Groups to originate and execute equity and equity-linked transactions. This role will primarily focus on the Technology, Consumer, FIG and Industrials sectors.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
