E*TRADE is seeking an experienced Education professional with expertise in bringing superior digital customer experiences to market, as well as extensive knowledge of U.S. exchange-listed equities, options, and cryptocurrency marketings. This position will be responsible for cryptocurrency content development strategy, presenting client-facing educational events, identifying opportunities for content creation and development, initiating projects, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class educational experience. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.
What you'll do in the role:
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of investor education programs across digital and hybrid channels
  • Translate complex financial concepts (e.g., equities, options, crypto) into clear, engaging educational content for retail investors
  • Develop curriculum, learning pathways, and programs tailored to varying levels of financial literacy to deepen client engagement
  • Maintain awareness of equity and cryptocurrency industry trends
  • Ability to navigate project delivery amid compliance concerns, risk control processes, and regulatory landscape
  • Partner with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure educational content aligns with firm strategy and regulatory standards
  • Oversee content strategy including webinars, articles, videos, and platform based learning experiences
  • Acquire a robust understanding of E*TRADE products, services, processes, and organizational structure to find optimal solutions and achieve success
  • Research new training supplies and materials that can enhance the firm's educational offering
  • Optimize articles and supporting collateral based on existing education, product, and platform content

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, additional product or project management certifications a plus
  • 10+ years' financial industry experience, preferably in online retail brokerage segment
  • Experienced client presentation and communications skills required; strong writing skills a plus
  • Series 7 and 63 registered required, series 24 a plus
  • Equity and option investing experience preferred; familiarity with bonds, mutual funds, and futures a plus
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver educational content via webinar and webcasts
  • Cryptocurrency investing and education experience
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for efficiency and completing tasks
  • Experience with creating curriculum for investing journey
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office applications
  • Proficiency in Adobe graphics and editing programs a plus
  • Experience with e-learning platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of trade life cycle, order management, & trade processing a plus
  • Knowledge of E*TRADE products, services, & systems a plus
  • Positive, collaborative, & adaptive mindset with detail-oriented approach and strong focus on customer experience

Salary range for the position: $110,000 and $190,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
