This position supports the smooth execution of service by maintaining spotless dishware, cookware, utensils, and equipment while assisting with general kitchen cleanliness and setup. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness essential in a fine-dining environment.
