Material Handler

We're seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, including stocking, inventory rotation, and materials kitting for production. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely flow of materials from inventory to production and final distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull orders from inventory and deliver production materials and supplies where needed
  • Stage finished product for final distribution
  • Locate, pull, and verify materials/supplies against production orders
  • Count and prepare materials for kitting
  • Maintain clean, organized inventory, work areas, and equipment
  • Learn and navigate stock locations across 1st and 2nd floor warehouse
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
  • Maintain accurate written records with clear handwriting
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company SOPs
  • Comply with FDA regulations and other regulatory/company requirements
  • Communicate and collaborate professionally with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
