What Youโ€™ll Do
Reporting Governance & Coordination
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of global reporting processes across geographies, business groups, marketing, and finance teams
  • Establish reporting timelines, data submission standards, and communication protocols
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all reporting inputs
  • Maintain documentation, data definitions, and governance models
Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Aggregate and validate data from multiple sources to support performance and ROI measurement
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risksโ€”and partner with stakeholders to resolve them
  • Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations that translate data into clear, compelling narratives
Program Management & Execution
  • Build and manage reporting cadences, checkpoints, and working sessions
  • Track dependencies, deliverables, and action items across teams
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate with recommended solutions
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and measurement strategies
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive alignment across global stakeholders without direct authority
  • Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy teams

What You Bring
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or marketing operations
