Job description

This role is designated as match day-only and includes participation in a select number of required training sessions scheduled ahead of the tournament. Reporting operationally to the FIFA Stadium Safety & Security Senior Manager, the Stadium Security Hospitality Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Private Security resources deployed within Hospitality, VIP, and VVIP controlled environments during Match Day stadium operations. 

The role ensures that Private Security personnel assigned to premium access points, lounges, suites, controlled hospitality compounds, and VVIP circulation routes operate in accordance with approved FIFA policies and procedures, the Venue Safety & Security Plan (VSSP), Dot Maps, and Match Day directives. 

The EVS Hospitality supports controlled access, zoning integrity, and discreet operational management in high-profile environments. 

Key Responsibilities and Oversight 

Operational Delivery - Hospitality & Premium Zones 
  • Oversee Private Security personnel deployed across: 
  • Hospitality lounges and suites 
  • VIP and VVIP access control points 
  • Premium seating circulation routes 
  • Controlled hospitality compounds 
  • Dedicated VVIP arrival and holding areas (where applicable) 
  • Ensure deployment aligns with approved Dot Maps and VSSP zoning. 
  • Maintain operational integrity of access control between public and premium-restricted areas. 

Access Control & Zoning Integrity 
  • Confirm only properly accredited or ticketed individuals access controlled hospitality areas. 
  • Ensure Private Security enforces access controls in accordance with approved post orders and credential boards. 
  • Monitor unauthorized access attempts and escalate as required. 
  • Support discreet management of high-profile guests. 

Compliance & Standards 
  • Monitor adherence to FIFA operational directives relating to VIP/VVIP protection and hospitality zoning. 
  • Ensure Private Security personnel maintain professional conduct appropriate to premium environments. 
  • Identify and escalate deviations from approved operational planning. 

Incident Management & SOC Coordination 
  • Monitor, document, and report incidents occurring within Hospitality, VIP, and VVIP areas. 
  • Immediately escalate significant incidents to the FIFA Stadium Safety & Security Senior Manager and Stadium Operations Center (SOC). 
  • Support coordinated response in alignment with FIFA Security directives. 
  • Provide timely situational updates through established reporting channels. 
  • Participate in post-incident reviews where applicable. 

Stakeholder Liaison 
  • Coordinate operationally with: 
  • Private Security supervisors 
  • Hospitality Operations 
  • FIFA Guest Operations 
  • Stadium Operations 
  • Perform as a FWC2026 SEC liaison with Law Enforcement when tactical intervention is required 
  • Executive protection teams, as applicable 
  • Ensure clarity of escalation pathways within premium environments. 
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in sensitive and high-visibility areas. 

Reporting & Administration 
  • Maintain accurate operational records relating to hospitality security deployment and incidents. 
  • Submit Match Day updates and post-match summaries as required. 
  • Support compliance verification and operational validation processes.

Education & Qualifications
  • Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage 
Work Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events, hospitality, or VIP environments. 
  • Experience supervising or coordinating Private Security services. 
  • Strong understanding of access control and restricted zoning principles. 
  • Experience operating in high-profile or executive environments. 
  • Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage.  
Languages
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus 
Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
