Job description
We are hiring staff immediately in two offices throughout Idaho. No canvass experience is required and the job does NOT involve any fundraising. We’re going out to public places and events to talk to voters about urgent issues facing Idahoans. Leadership opportunities are available for hard-working staff who want some extra pay and management experience. This job is a great opportunity to make a difference in a fun, flexible work environment and getting some political experience.

Hours
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Overtime hours are available, and staff pick the days of the week that they work, both on weekdays, weekends, or both.
Duties
- Engage with community members using strong communication skills to inform, educate, and gather signatures at locations throughout the community.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required using our canvassing software
Requirements
- Strong background or interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or field canvassing is a plus but not required!!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to negotiate persuasively while maintaining professionalism and respectfulness
