We are currently seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Marietta, GA., USA.
Field Tech Associate
Location : Marietta, Gerogia.
Day to Day job Duties:
  • Applicants must have active driver's license and vehicle
  • Travel between sites is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
  • Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
  • Execute service delivery by performing Installs,Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed Client Process and Procedure Guide.
  • Coordinate with client end users on expectations, schedule of availability, process and procedures
  • Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
  • Update system of record for delivery Incidents andRequests
  • Update asset management information for assets receivingservices
  • Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist increating action plans as well as following action plans
  • Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate incidents and conduct installs
  • Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
  • Continuosuly improve both individual and team technical skills and through knowledge share

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1 + years' experience in End user support-Desktop support-ITSM - Incident, Request and IMAC
  • 1 + years' experience in Desktop support-standard applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AdobeAcrobat, Flash player etc. and customized customer applications
  • 1 + years' experience in Hardware thatincluded Video conference, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support,IMAC-D
  • 1 + years' experience in End user support Desktop support-Citrix, VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client -WiseClient, Sonic Wall, Cisco, F5 VPN, etc.
  • 1 + years experience in on-site hands-on Field Services in an SLA environment.
  • Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound check back to age 18 and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 days of hire date.

Nice to Have:
  • CompTIA A+ certification desired
  • 3 years experience

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
