Job description

Position: Field Service Tech

Compensation: $60,000 - $94,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Tech to join their team!

This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a hands-on service professional who enjoys solving problems in the field and supporting customers with high-quality HVAC and refrigeration systems. Youโ€™ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing specialized equipment while working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Travel to customer sites to service HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues by phone, email, and in person
  • Startup and tune refrigeration systems
  • Perform routine and complex field service tasks
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Support warranty reviews and service-related adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Recommend improvements to products and service processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1+ year of related HVAC or refrigeration experience
  • Commercial HVAC experience
  • Ability to travel frequently for field service work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • EPA certification preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Refrigeration system experience
  • Associateโ€™s degree or technical school training
  • Experience with customer service and service resolution
  • Knowledge of HVAC components and controls
  • Ability to work independently in the field
