The Opportunity

Revolution Medicines Information Sciences and Digital Innovation (ISDI) team is seeking a highly technical

Senior Staff Solutions Architect, Field Applications to lead the architecture, configuration, development, and integration of critical Commercial and Medical field platforms. This individual will serve as the senior technical authority for field-facing applications and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future architecture of RevMed's Go-To-Market technology ecosystem.

This role is designed for a hands-on architect who possesses deep expertise with Veeva Vault applications, SaaS platform configuration, API integrations, application data models, and solution design. The successful candidate will combine strategic architecture leadership with the ability to independently perform configuration, development, and technical delivery activities.

Working closely with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Information Systems, Data Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners, this leader will design scalable solutions that accelerate delivery, improve platform utilization, reduce technical debt, and create a modern, integrated experience for field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical architect for Commercial and Medical Field Solutions.

  • Design, configure, and enhance Veeva Vault CRM and related Veeva Vault applications.

  • Perform hands-on platform configuration, workflow development, security configuration, object design, and business rule implementation.

  • Lead architecture and design activities for APIs, integrations, and data exchanges across enterprise platforms.

  • Define scalable application and data models supporting CRM, content, training, analytics, and engagement platforms.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

  • Develop technical specifications, integration designs, and solution architecture documentation.

  • Establish reusable design patterns, architecture standards, and governance practices.

  • and implementation partners while retaining technical ownership of solution outcomes.

  • Support deployment planning, testing, release management, and post-launch optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, GxP, and regulated life sciences requirements.

  • Proactively assess use cases and implement compliant AI and automation features across field applications.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or software delivery.

  • 5+ years supporting CRM, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or field-facing applications.

  • Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, application architecture, and data modeling.

  • Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on technical execution.

  • Experience working in highly regulated environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting Commercial and Medical field organizations.

  • Experience with PromoMats, ACTO, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
