The Job: • Install, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments such as Automated Biomarker & Cell Signaling Assay Systems • Cell Sorting • Detection Antibodies Application • Electrochemiluminescent Labeling & Reading • Buffer Reading • Microplate Auto Loaders System Components: • Micro Plates • Plate Electrodes • CCD Camera • Lens Systems • Motion Cotrollers • Bar Code Readers • Sample Stackers • Micropumps and Fluid Controls • Power Supplies • Central Processing Boards & Data Comm Boards • Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays • Conduct experiments and compatibility tests to evaluate new equipment. • Troubleshoot instruments for assay related issues: irregular pressure traces, low assay counts, retention rates, and reagents. • Ensure equipment and associated documentation. Adhere to regulatory requirements. Desired Experience: • Bachelors in Science, Engineering, or similar field. • 2+ years of experience servicing various bioassay instruments.
