KPS Global, LLC is seeking a dedicated Field Service Tech to join our Aftermarket Services department. As the largest provider of insulated panel systems for custom walk-ins to the convenience store, supermarket, and warehouse club markets, KPS Global has been setting the industry standard for over 75 years. We also manufacture custom enclosures for controlled environments serving the scientific and industrial markets, working with customers to develop tailored cold storage solutions across a wide range of industries.

The Field Service Tech plays a crucial role in our organization by providing technical service and warranty repair assistance for walk-in coolers and freezers. This position is integral to KPS Global's commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will be based in one of our areas of greatest need, which include Indiana, along the east coast, Arizona, or Nevada.

As a Field Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing and assisting with warranty repair services for our walk-in coolers and freezers. This includes diagnosing issues, implementing repairs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will serve as the face of KPS Global in the field, communicating directly with customers, addressing their concerns, and responding to emergency calls when necessary.

Safety is paramount at KPS Global, and you will be expected to maintain a safe working environment at all times, adhering to company protocols and industry standards. Additionally, you will take field measurements and photographs that our inside sales team will use for quoting projects and repairs. As you interact with customers, you will also have the opportunity to promote our products and services, contributing to the company's growth and success.

This position requires a combination of technical skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to travel. Up to 100% travel may be required, with 80% being within driving distance and 20% requiring air travel. A company truck and travel card will be provided to support your mobility needs.
