Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our client by providing expert mechanical and electrical assistance in the implementation and maintenance of equipment and processes. This position requires frequent travel to customer sites and other facilities to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance trust and foster business growth. Travel to customer sites to address needs and optimize processes.

  • Assist in the installation of new test systems and equipment, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality.

  • Conduct mechanical and process observations, gather data, communicate findings, and recommend improvements.

  • Take initiative in identifying and communicating issues for continuous improvement within the company.

  • Repair, service, adjust, and test various equipment and production systems, including air systems, electrical wiring, and hardware.

  • Efficiently assemble and disassemble equipment while adhering to safety and maintenance standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance task execution and share knowledge for mutual development.

  • Utilize hand and power tools proficiently while maintaining safety standards.

  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and hoists as required.
