Ethical Plumbing is looking for an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop our residential plumbing team.

This is not a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with technicians in the field, improving customer experiences, and building a high-performing service department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential plumbing technicians
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching
  • Review technician KPIs and provide performance coaching
  • Improve average ticket, closing percentage, memberships, and customer satisfaction
  • Reduce callbacks through training and quality assurance
  • Lead weekly technician meetings and ongoing training
  • Recruit, interview, and develop future technicians
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership to improve department performance
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience on every service call

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
  • Previous leadership, service management, or field supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate technicians
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field service software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
