The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, as well as assist with sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning.  We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
  • Ability to upsell current business
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Responsibilities as our Field Service Manager:


  • Engage in sales, service, and business development
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintain good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)
  • Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
  • Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with operations at the Branch
  • Report to branch daily for dispatch
  • Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
