Job description

Our client in Macomb County, MI who supplies full-service MRO solutions including component-level repairs is seeking a Field Service Manager to join their growing team. From reducing downtime to increasing reliability, the Field Service Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving excellent customer satisfaction levels, and the growth of customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Field Service Department - Providing comprehensive maintenance services and production support.
  • Coordinate with sales teams
  • Coordinate machine service calls at customer facilities
  • Support installations, training, and commissioning at job sites
  • Effectively communicate with customers to diagnose and advise on their needs
  • Developing new customers and leads
  • Provide technical input to customers
  • Effectively quote jobs and manage the quoting/bidding process
  • Leading teams of skilled mechanical and electrical service technicians
  • Review and approve field service reports
  • Providing Technical Support Services, preventative maintenance solutions, Emergency repairs, and customized on-site training for customers.


Requirements
