Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee daily field execution across multiple renovation projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring that work is progressing on schedule, coordinated across trades, completed with high quality, and managed professionally in active environments.

This is a hands-on leadership position in the field, working closely with subcontractors and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Field Execution & Coordination

  • Oversee daily job site activity across multiple projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of work
  • Ensure materials, labor, and trades are ready and aligned
  • Maintain consistent progress on all assigned jobs

Schedule Management

  • Execute project schedules at the field level
  • Plan and manage short-term (1-2week) look-ahead schedules
  • Identify and resolve potential delays before they impact the job

Quality Control

  • Inspect work in progress and completed work
  • Identify and correct deficiencies early
  • Manage punch lists and ensure clean project closeouts

Job Site Leadership

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Enforce safety standards and expectations
  • Represent the company professionally in occupied environments

Communication

  • Provide clear updates to Project Managers and other leadership
  • Identify issues early and communicate proactively
  • Work collaboratively with PMs to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills in real-time field conditions
  • High level of accountability and follow-through
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience with project management software like BuilderTrend or ProCore

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare or occupied renovation environments
  • Working with subcontractor-driven projects
  • Multi-site project coordination
