They are experts in installing brick pavers, pool decks, patios, walkways, retaining walls, interlocking pavers, as well as designing outdoor living rooms, fireplaces, fire pits, built-in grills, and more. The company is known for its dedication to customer satisfaction, craftsmanship, and active involvement in the local community.

Position Overview:

Our client is hiring a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor and Project Manager to lead on-site operations while overseeing project planning and execution. This hybrid position blends field supervision with project management duties, requiring a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily field operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

  • Direct field staff, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance to uphold quality and productivity.

  • Plan and manage projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  • Track project milestones, anticipate and resolve issues, and maintain momentum toward goals.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • Conduct routine site visits to confirm quality, adherence to plans, and safe practices.
