JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Fan Insights Analyst is responsible for developing a deep understanding of Packers fans: who they are, what they value and where they are in their relationship with the club. This role translates and presents marketing analytics, fan research and customer insights to improve fan engagement, optimize marketing performance and support business objectives across the club. The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly analytical marketer who combines strong marketing instincts with experimentation, marketing technology and a willingness to get deep into execution details.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute and communicate quantitative and qualitative research to better understand Packers fans and identify opportunities to improve engagement, experiences and marketing performance.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage Adobe Experience Platform and related marketing technologies to assist in developing segments, fan journeys and personalization.
  • Serve as strategic partner to internal departments by delivering data-driven insights to inform audience targeting, engagement strategies and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations and internal presentations that communicate fan and marketing insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, attitudes, demographics and industry trends using panel-based research platforms.
  • Work with the NFL to collect and disseminate findings of the Voice of the Fan Survey to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage data collection, platform integrations, analytics and market research projects based on business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to measure impact, ROI and lift.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary fan data and organizational strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support organization-wide initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. 
  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, research or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalization and lifecycle optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project, vendor, organizational and stakeholder management skills. Strong editing, proofreading and interpersonal skills required. Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality.
  • Ability to interact, work effectively across functional groups, work alongside and team with others is essential, as is the ability to navigate internal resources to generate results.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution without relying heavily on large support teams or specialized operators.
  • Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work and yield in a manner that exceeds expectations.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Real-Time CDP, is preferred.
  • Experience with Comscore, Placer.ai, Shareablee, Tableau, Alteryx and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL, R or Python preferred.
