As an Entry Level Field Laborer, or Energy Technician, you will be the front-line to clients as they receive services that make their homes safer and more comfortable - all while saving them money on their utility bills. This is not a sales position, nor are we an energy supplier/seller. Our team of passionate, skilled energy efficiency professionals work with local utility programs to deliver FREE Energy Conservation programs in our communities. Every day is a new adventure, a new puzzle to figure out and help solve. Through the work that we do, we are changing our customers lives, and our environment, for the better.

  • Learn to conduct home energy assessments & evaluations in customers' homes, which including entering attics, basements, crawl spaces & garages.

Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
