Integrator

Position Summary

The Integration Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and integrating mechanical and electrical components used in manufacturing equipment and systems. This position requires the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, operate hand and power tools, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. 
  • Install, route, and connect wiring, electrical components, and hardware. 
  • Use electrical testing devices to verify functionality and troubleshoot basic issues. 
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and stationary equipment safely and efficiently. 
  • Support production, paint, and warehouse operations as needed. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. 
  • Coordinate with supervisors, team members, and external service personnel when necessary. 
  • Assist with material handling and movement of parts or equipment. 
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
  • Work overtime or adjusted hours as needed to support production demands. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work 1st shift with flexibility for overtime, early start times, or extended hours as needed. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions. 
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse, and production processes. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. 
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification. 
  • Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and stand for extended periods. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and testing devices. 
  • Trade school, vocational training, or related technical education preferred. 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production environments. 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Technical, vocational, or trade school training in a related field is a plus. 

Experience

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. 

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, push, or pull objects weighing 40 pounds.Â
