About the Role

Risa Labs is hiring a field-based Success Monitor to be an on-the-ground partner for our customers in New York and Tennessee. You'll be embedded within oncology and radiology practices - delivering hands-on training, building lasting trust with clinical teams, and ensuring Risa workflows (prior auth, radiology, medical oncology, and claims) are adopted with confidence.

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Salary

  • New York: 100K-120k
  • New Jersey: 80-90k
  • Nashville: 75-85k

What You'll Do

  • Deliver in-person training and implementation support at customer sites
  • Be the trusted, go-to resource for clinical and administrative teams on the ground
  • Identify workflow gaps, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate escalations with Product and Support
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials that complement Risa's existing resources
  • Share structured field feedback to improve training programs and customer outcomes
  • Stay current on clinical trends in oncology and radiology

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, health informatics - or equivalent clinical experience
  • Proven track record delivering in-person clinical training to healthcare teams in real-world settings
  • Strong communicator: able to translate complex workflows into simple, usable guidance
  • Organized and self-directed; comfortable managing a field schedule independently
  • Experience with oncology, radiology, or medical billing workflows strongly preferred
  • Based in or able to relocate to New York or Tennessee; regular onsite presence required
