Job Description Field Team Lead/Engineer Location: Bruce Power, Ontario, Canada On-Site: Yes, M-F Per Diem: No Hourly Rate: $75 - 85/hour Hours: 40/Week Vacancies: 2 Duration: 1 Year (Long-term project, can be extended annually) We are seeking an experienced Field Team Lead/Engineer to join our team at Bruce Power. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing field operations and ensuring the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects. This position requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with fuel channels, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage field operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering with a specific focus on fuel channel systems. Oversee and coordinate the activities of field teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fuel channel systems. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges. Ensure compliance with Bruce Power's security and safety standards at all times.

Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Hands-on experience with fuel channel systems. Bruce Power Security Clearance is required.
