Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Marysville. We are looking for a Title Clerk to join the accounting team. The pay is $24.00-26.00 an hour. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Duties for this position include:
• Processing registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers, ensuring completeness on all required forms
• Verifying funds have been collected and payoffs completed
• Maintaining titles and MSOs for inventory
• Updating status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles
• Scanning documents at a high level of proficiency
• Making sure all files are filed correctly
• Maintaining paper files in an organized manner
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements
• Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
Salary Description
$24.00-$26.00/hour
