Job description


Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee logistics, office move, and facility support operations across federal and Department of Defense sites in the National Capital Region.
This role is responsible for overall contract execution, coordination with Government stakeholders, workforce management, and performance oversight in a dynamic, mission-driven environment supporting daily and ad-hoc operational requirements.
Program & Contract Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders,including the Contracting Officer and COR
  • Oversee day-to-day contractexecution, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance withrequirements
  • Coordinate work authorization,scheduling, and execution of both recurring and ad-hoc service requests
  • Monitor performance, timelines,and service quality across all operational activities

Operations & Workforce Coordination
  • Plan, schedule, and manage personnel supporting:
    • Office moves and relocations
    • Furniture delivery,installation, and transportation
    • Warehouse and storage operations
  • Assign work, track progress, andensure adequate staffing coverage across all requirements
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts,operational issues, and resource constraints

Logistics & Service Oversight
  • Coordinate delivery, moving, and transportation services across NCRsites
  • Ensure proper execution of inventorymanagement, storage, and property accountability
  • Oversee safe handling, movement,and tracking of Government property and materials
  • Support site surveys, jobplanning, and execution readiness for upcoming work

Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc status reports
  • Track labor hours, taskexecution, and operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with contractrequirements, safety standards, and Government policies
  • Maintain documentation related toauthorized work, deliveries, and service completion

Customer Engagement
  • Coordinate directly with Government POCs to define requirements andpriorities
  • Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction through responsive, professional service delivery
  • Communicate status updates,delays, and issue resolution effectively

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Governmentclearance
  • Minimum 5 years of experiencemanaging operations, logistics, or service contracts
  • Experience overseeing multi-functionalteams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational,coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneouspriorities and changing mission requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience supporting:
    • Logistics, facilities, orwarehouse operations
    • Office moves, transportation, ormaterial handling operations
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Manage staff and coordinateworkloads
    • Track performance anddeliverables
    • Interface with Governmentcustomers

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD contracts
