Speed Camera and Red-Light Violations Processing Operations
Chicago, IL

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is currently seeking an Events Processor to support Verra Mobility's speed camera and red-light violations processing operations in Chicago, Illinois. This position is responsible for reviewing, processing, validating, and maintaining violation records within established quality and productivity standards. The Events Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of automated traffic enforcement violations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Candidates should demonstrate dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This position reports to a Processing Supervisor within PRI's Government Services Division. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process speed camera and red-light camera violations using web-based systems and established procedures.
  • Review, validate, and update violation records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Perform data entry, data verification, record corrections, and quality control reviews.
  • Research and resolve processing discrepancies through established procedures and available systems.
  • Review documentation and supporting records to ensure violation transactions are processed accurately.
  • Operate computers and other office equipment to enter, retrieve, update, and maintain records and information.
  • Meet established productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and quality performance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data privacy, security, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Assist with operational support activities, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying processing issues and recommending efficiencies.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Minimum two years of experience in data entry, records management, transaction processing, administrative support, quality control, or a related office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while processing large volumes of information.
  • Experience in violation processing, case management, records management, transaction processing, or quality assurance is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
  • Tasks are generally completed while seated at a workstation using a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Position requires extended periods of data entry, record review, and computer-based processing activities.
  • Employees work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production and quality objectives.
