Speed Camera and Red-Light Violations Processing Operations

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is currently seeking a
Data Clerk to support Verra Mobility's speed camera and red-light violations processing operations in Chicago, Illinois. This position is responsible for reviewing, processing, validating, and maintaining violation records within established quality and productivity standards. The Data Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of automated traffic enforcement violations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Candidates should demonstrate dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This position reports to a Processing Supervisor within PRI's Government Services Division. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities
- Process speed camera andred-light camera violations using web-based systems and establishedprocedures.
- Review, validate, and updateviolation records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance withprogram requirements.
- Perform data entry, dataverification, record corrections, and quality control reviews.
- Research and resolve processingdiscrepancies through established procedures and available systems.
- Review documentation andsupporting records to ensure violation transactions are processedaccurately.
- Operate computers and otheroffice equipment to enter, retrieve, update, and maintain records andinformation.
- Meet established productivity,accuracy, timeliness, and quality performance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality andcomply with all data privacy, security, and customer-specificrequirements.
- Assist with operational supportactivities, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
- Support continuous improvementinitiatives by identifying processing issues and recommendingefficiencies.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
- Must be able to successfullypass a government background investigation.
- Must be able to pass apre-employment drug screening.
- Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Ability to work independentlyand effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work,manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Strong computer skills,including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the abilityto learn new systems and software.
- Minimum two years of experiencein data entry, records management, transaction processing, administrativesupport, quality control, or a related office environment.
- Demonstrated ability tomaintain a high degree of accuracy while processing large volumes ofinformation.
- Experience in violationprocessing, case management, records management, transaction processing,or quality assurance is preferred.
Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed inan office environment.
- Tasks are generally completedwhile seated at a workstation using a computer and standard officeequipment.
- Position requires extendedperiods of data entry, record review, and computer-based processingactivities.
- Employees work independentlyand collaboratively to meet daily production and quality objectives.
