Job description

Discover a purpose-driven career at Astra ABA, where we prioritize individualized therapy for children. We're currently seeking passionate BT's to join our skilled team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists, supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential.

Hours: Monday-Friday 4–8 PM / Sat–Sun: Anytime

Raleigh After School Hours and Weekend Hours

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.

  • Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under

BCBA supervision.

  • Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural

environment teaching (NET).

  • Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and

academic domains.

  • Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-

day SOAP notes.

  • Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team

members.

  • Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

  • Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
