Position Summary:

Fidelity National Home Warranty's Inside Sales division is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Agent to join our industry-leading B2C sales team. In this role, the agent connects with homeowners to renew and enhance protection for one of their most valuable assets their home. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, persistence, and strong active listening skills. Displays ability to empathize, confidently handle objections close renewals, and uphold our reputation for excellence. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment, consistently exceeds targets, and effectively converts inbound and outbound customer interactions into successful renewals.

Duties
  • Achieve established monthly performance goals including sales, conversion rates and upsell metrics
  • Meet daily activity targets. Including a minimum of 120+ outbound dials per day, required contact and close rates
  • Work assigned leads of existing customers approaching the expiration of their home warranty plan to secure renewal for another term
  • Identify and recommend right-size to improve customer experience
  • Provide timely, relevant, and effective call documentation and follow-up
  • Handle every customer interaction with empathy and professionalism to ensure the optimal customer experience
  • Follow the established sales process, scripts and compliance requirement
  • Uphold FNHW's highest quality standards, guidelines, policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of phone sales experience in a call center environment, including a proven track record of meeting sales goal
  • Experience educating and selling the value services and/or memberships
  • Coachable and willing to receive and apply feedback
  • Strong listening and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge in CRM / lead management programs / systems
  • Ability to navigate the Microsoft suite, computer skills and web navigation
  • Willingness to overcome customer objections and first call close
  • Must be highly collaborative and a self-starter
  • Skilled at multitasking
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Additional Information

Pay Hourly Rate: $21.50

Commissions: Targeted for $9.50 per unit with a conversion rate accelerator to increase the bounty per sale.

Physical Requirements:

This position operates in a clerical office setting. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
