Analyst, Fidelity Consulting

The Role

As an Analyst, you will provide your expertise meaningfully to projects that seek to tackle Fidelity's most pressing business challenges. You will: deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your points of view towards a broader business conversation, all while working reciprocally in a team setting. In addition to project work, you will be given opportunity to partake in independent or small group projects to develop creative new ideas for Fidelity.

The Expertise & Skills you bring

  • You hold a bachelor's degree

  • You have 2-3 years of work experience; prior management consulting, strategy, financial services or similar experience preferred

  • Experience with team project work, general management, and/or analytics and conceptual problem solving

  • Analytically minded with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The expert ability to create business insights and participate in all-star teams

  • You have strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations

  • You demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations

  • Your intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative approaches to problem solving

  • You have a strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity

  • You possess a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
