Position Summary

Fidelity Memorial Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team in Garden City, GA. This internship offers an immersive, hands-on opportunity to learn the foundations of corporate human resources, employee lifecycle management, and talent acquisition operations.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing a critical strategic Onboarding Project, ensuring that our new hires experience a seamless, welcoming, and legally compliant transition into the company. You will work closely with our Director of HR, gaining exposure to recruitment, data analytics, HRIS systems, and regulatory compliance.
