To thrive in a Fidelity Internship, you generally need strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, a solid academic background (often in finance, business, computer science, or related fields), and a demonstrated interest in financial services. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, data analysis software, and possibly coding languages like Python or SQL can be advantageous.
