This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours up to 29 hours per week! The day will begin and end at our Corporate Headquarters in Ellettsville. You will have a residential area mapped out for you in Ellettsville, Bloomington, Bedford, Jasper or French Lick for prospecting and the use of a company vehicle to get there!

  • Knock on at least 70 doors a day (think of it as your daily cardio!)
  • Close at least two new residential subscribers daily by confidently presenting product and service options
  • Educate potential customers on pricing and installation like a pro — clearly, accurately, and with a personal touch
  • Be the face of the brand in local neighborhoods with top-tier professionalism and positivity
  • Own your performance, be on time, and represent our values with pride
 Track & Adapt (5%)
  • Log your daily interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up steps using our easy tools
  • Navigate your assigned territory like a champ, adjusting your approach based on local vibes and customer needs
 Tackle What’s Next (5%)
  • Help out with additional tasks as needed — we keep things dynamic!
What You Need
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer interaction (preferred but not required — we’ll train you!)
  • A way with words — strong communication and the ability to explain technical stuff in simple terms
  • Drive and independence — you’re self-motivated, accountable, and excited to hit goals
  • Comfort with working outdoors in all kinds of weather
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Tech confidence — if you’re not tech-savvy yet, you’re willing to learn!
What It’s Like
You’ll spend about 90% of your time outside — enjoying fresh air and facing the elements head-on.
Expect to work no more than 29 hours hours a week, with some evenings and weekends as sales opportunities arise.

You’ll earn a base hourly rate and have unlimited earning potential!
Ready to bring the hustle, charm the neighbors, and get rewarded for your results?
