Job Description Job Title: Fiber Installer Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiber Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic cables to ensure high-quality internet and telecommunications services. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Key Responsibilities: Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic network issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations during all installations and repairs. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects within deadlines. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or inquiries. Required Skills: Proficiency in installing and terminating fiber optic cables. Strong understanding of fiber optic network design and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with tools and equipment used in fiber optic installation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification in fiber optics is preferred.
