Automotive Line Technician Compensation and Benefits
This Mid-Level Line Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:
  • Hourly pay, which varies based on experience, certifications, and performance, range $33.80 - $60.00
  • Production-based incentive compensation, which may be tied to individual and/or team productivity benchmarks
  • Retention-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as hours worked, productivity, performance metrics, and overall business conditions. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable performance standards are not met.
