• Using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc.
• Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g., proprietary/legacy format) 
• Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.
• Experience using transport encryption/security; TLS, mutual authorization via certificates, etc.
• Rhapsody Certification is preferred

Rhapsody Health Operations/Admin – Job Description

Need:

This position is for Software Solution Architect who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the MDHHS Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub. Admin will work under the direction of DTMB Customer Services, MDHHS and DTMB cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the MDHHS Enterprise ISA technical team. The resource is integral to supporting and improving MDHHS automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications.  As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects.  The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (HESB). Not having a System administrator on staff will delay ongoing and future project work within the area and lead to DTMB inability to deliver on prioritized enhancements and maintenance from HESB  to all major applications like MDSS , EDRS , myHB/myHP ,MCIR , MiHIN, MPHI etc.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•  Analyze and provide a solution to the problems/issues in Rhapsody
•  Code debug and enhancements
•  Rhapsody maintenance
•  Support Server Patches, Restart the Rhapsody application.
•  Renew and Install HESB Server certificates
•  Support application system maintenance
•  Install application system certificates and resolve any connection issues
•  Manage error queue and hold queue. Reprocess them as needed.
•  Clear Rhapsody alerts and take a necessary action on the alerts
•  Produce Latency, Response reports
•  Generate Monthly Status reports
•  Code fix for any production issues
•  Code migration to production
•  Rhapsody version upgrades and related testing
•  Communicating with users and external applications for any issues
•  Rhapsody memory management and manage the storage
