Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Fertilizer/Pesticide Crew Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew performing shrub and hedge trimming services, and other misc lawn maitenance
  • Diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments in accordance with state regulations
  • Keep accurate records of applications and customer services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or turf management
  • Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plant health care and pruning techniques
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, sprayers, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • DOT
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must have MN pesticide/ferilizer license- (required)
