Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) to join our growing fertility practice. This physician will provide comprehensive reproductive care, including advanced fertility treatments, patient counseling, and procedural services in a collaborative, high-performing clinical environment.

  • Evaluate and diagnose infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and couples
  • Perform fertility treatments including: ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), embryo transfer procedures
  • Interpret diagnostic testing (ultrasound, labs, semen analysis, genetics)
  • Perform oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers
  • Conduct minimally invasive gynecologic procedures (e.g., hysteroscopy, laparoscopy)
  • Manage early pregnancy care following fertility treatment
  • Provide compassionate counseling on fertility options and outcomes
  • Educate patients on medications, protocols, and expectations
  • Guide patients through complex decisions including third-party reproduction
  • Work closely with embryology, nursing, and administrative teams
  • Partner with lab teams for IVF cycle coordination
  • Contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement, and outcomes tracking
  • Participate in program development (donor, gestational carrier, etc.)
