Job description

A growing fertility and reproductive medicine practice in Miami is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Fertility Nurse to join its patient-centered team. This is an on-site opportunity with a well-established organization dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their family-building goals through advanced fertility treatments and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journey
  • Coordinate and assist with fertility procedures, including IVF cycles
  • Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and reproductive health
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients during treatment

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or women's health strongly preferred
