Job description

Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Frame is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a compact license and strong experience in supporting patients during preconception and fertility treatment.

Frame is a collaborative care platform that works alongside fertility clinics and OB/GYN practices to better support patients throughout their family-building journey. Through our medical group, Frame clinicians provide early clinical assessment, diagnostic workups, education, and ongoing support so that patients are better informed, prepared, and supported. We're building a better, more coordinated model of care, and are looking for clinicians who are excited to be part of reshaping how fertility care is delivered.

A Frame Nurse Practitioner works to provide high quality and compassionate support to people throughout their journey. We are seeking clinicians to join Frame's Medical Group who have prior experience working at a fertility clinic and/or similar environment and are passionate about fertility and supporting others, lead with empathy, and have strong listening and communication skills. This member of our care team will support the development and execution of a care journey for Frame members and work closely with them to help them achieve their goals.

We are currently hiring Nurse Practitioners to join our fully remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and the potential to increase over time. In this role, you will:

  • Empower individuals and couples to reach their family goals by listening openly and helping them understand the next steps on their journey.
  • Effectively deliver care via 1:1 virtual sessions, utilizing Frame tools and processes.
  • Develop recommendations and care plans that are personalized to each user and their family goals. Clinical consultations may include but are not limited to preconception counseling, fertility/infertility counseling and diagnostic work up for both males and females, ovulation induction, and weight management.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team (Medical Director, Health Coaches, Nutritionists/Dietitians) to ensure comprehensive support for patients at all stages of their journey.

What we're looking for:

  • You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 20 hours/week (ideally including after hours up to 6/7 pm EST), and more when needed.
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental. Fertility journeys can have their challenges and we're here to support our users.
  • Exceptionally detail oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable delivering fertility care to both males and females.
  • Experience supporting patients in telemedicine / virtual care setting, especially those in women's health or fertility
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we're a startup!
  • Experience supporting specific communities including BIPOC and LGBTQ+

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of clinical experience with fertility and/or reproductive health. Experience at a fertility clinic or a digital health startup is highly preferred.
  • B.S. Degree from an accredited institution in nursing or related field.
  • Board certification as Nurse Practitioner (family nurse practitioner or women's health nurse practitioner), with active and unrestricted licenses.
  • You must have a compact license and licensure in at least 2 of these states: LA, TX, DC, VA, MD, CA, NY, FL, OH; top priorities right now are LA and TN
  • Must be willing and able to obtain additional licenses in multiple states where members reside, with Frame supporting the cost of required licensure.
  • Ideal location is Denver, Colorado given we have other members of our clinical team there

Please share a resume and your LinkedIn profile with your application, as well as a list of states in which you are licensed or certified to work as a Nurse Practitioner.
