Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Transfer Coordinator (Andrology) to join our team at New England Cryogenic Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with required on-call weekend rotation (every three weeks)
  • Compensation: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

How You’ll Contribute

Under the supervision of the Office Supervisor/Manager, the Transfer Coordinator (Andrology) is responsible for cross-department coordination to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between clients, medical professionals, and internal teams.

In this role, the Transfer Coordinator (Andrology) will be responsible for:

Transfer Requests

  • Act as the main contact for clients via phone, email, chat, and info-line
  • Educate clients and practitioners on available andrology and transfer services
  • Coordinate specimen transfers with clients and medical facilities, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and manage transfer, withdrawal, and discard forms
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, pricing, and configurations
  • Support billing, reporting, and general administrative tasks
  • Respond to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns

New Customers

  • Schedule appointments for andrology banking services
  • Guide new clients through required documentation and account setup
  • Answer questions related to appointments and services
  • Process charges and send lab reports to clients and physicians

General Duties

  • Maintain detailed records of specimen handling and client communications
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and confidentiality standards
  • Support database updates, chart filing, AR functions, and special projects
  • Distribute brochures and informational materials to referring offices

      • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
      • Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, word processing, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Self-starter that adapts well to change in a dynamic environment
      • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
