ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Opened in May 2022, our agency may be young, but it’s built on a strong foundation of 8 years with State Farm—starting from the ground up as a team member. We’re currently a small but mighty team of four and growing.
Team members enjoy a range of competitive perks, including 14 days of paid time off, a life insurance policy and supplemental coverage paid by the agency, a monthly health insurance stipend, a matching retirement account (TBD), a bi-annual clothing allowance, and networking incentives.
I’m a University of St. Thomas graduate with a degree in Business Communications, where I served as a two-year cheerleading captain and was an active member of the ski and snowboard club. I stay deeply involved in my community as a board member for the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce, lead the Young Professionals Committee with the White Bear Lake Chamber, and volunteer and foster dogs through local organizations like The Rescue Crew.
If you're someone who values professional growth, community involvement, and a supportive team environment, consider applying to join us.
