Ferrari Pasadena is set to open in late summer in a stunning new showroom, and we are seeking a well-connected, relationship-driven sales professional to help introduce and establish the Ferrari brand within the Pasadena community. This role will be instrumental in building brand visibility and cultivating genuine connections throughout the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Guide clients through the Ferrari ownership journey with knowledge, discretion, and a consultative approach, developing a deep understanding of each client's requirements and aspirations.
  2. Present and demonstrate vehicles with authority, articulating the distinct characteristics, performance, and craftsmanship that set each model apart.
  3. Conduct test drives and clearly communicate warranty, service, and financing options.
  4. Prospect for new clients;  welcoming walk-ins, following up on inquiries, and recommending relevant offers and campaigns.
  5. Negotiate and finalize sales with professionalism, completing all contracts, paperwork, and delivery details with precision.
  6. Maintain lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty to the Ferrari Pasadena family.
  7. Stay closely informed on the latest Ferrari models, offerings, and industry trends to provide clients with expert, up-to-date guidance.
  8. Complete sales reports and provide accurate information to support broader sales management objectives. 

 

Job Requirements:

  1. 3 - 5 years of proven experience in high-line, luxury automotive sales preferred.
  2. Genuine passion for the Ferrari brand and the world of luxury automobiles; existing brand knowledge preferred.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, client-first demeanor.
  4. Skilled negotiator with a confident, consultative approach to closing sales.
  5. Proven ability to build lasting client relationships through outstanding, personalized service.
  6. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while consistently meeting sales targets.
  7. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high-energy, professional presence.
  8. Proficiency with Tekion preferred.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent.
  10. Bilingual proficiency a plus (Spanish, Italian, or Mandarin).
